1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KrowdKontrollers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a host account. Attendees must be at least 13 years old. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Host Responsibilities
As an event host, you are responsible for all content you publish, the accuracy of event information, delivering the event as described, complying with all applicable laws, and handling attendee data responsibly.
5. Payments and Fees
Ticket sales are processed through our payment partners. Our fees are deducted before payouts. Hosts must provide valid bank account details for payouts. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
If an event is cancelled by the host, attendees are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests for other reasons are subject to the host's stated refund policy. KrowdKontrollers facilitates but does not guarantee refunds from hosts.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Events promoting violence, hate speech, or illegal activities will be removed immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
KrowdKontrollers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not affect any pending payout obligations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
